CSA Subscription Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a Bloom Harvest Farm CSA Subscription, either for yourself or as a gift, you (the purchaser and/or recipient) agree to the following terms and conditions:

General Agreement:

By purchasing a CSA Subscription, you acknowledge that your spot in the respective subscription has been reserved. All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued for canceled subscriptions. If you are unable to use your subscription, you may transfer it to another person. It is your responsibility to make the transfer arrangements and notify Bloom Harvest Farm of the change.

Gifting a Subscription:

If gifting a CSA Subscription, you are responsible for providing the recipient with the necessary instructions included in the order confirmation email.

Flower Pick-Up:

You are responsible for picking up your bouquet at the farm within the scheduled time frame selected during your subscription purchase. If you are unable to pick up your bouquet, you may send a friend to collect it on your behalf. Bouquets not picked up during the designated time frame will be forfeited for that week.

Rewards and Risks of Farming:

As a CSA Subscriber, you understand and accept the inherent rewards and risks of farming. Rewards include access to fresh, premium-quality, sustainably grown flowers throughout the season. Risks may include poor harvests or crop failures due to unforeseen circumstances such as unfavorable weather or natural disasters. In such cases, your CSA subscription may be reduced or unavailable.

Flower Care

Flowers are a perishable product with a typical vase life of 4-10 days, depending on the variety and care. (Larger blooms like dahlias tend to have a shorter vase life, but their beauty is worth it!) Flower care instructions will be provided at the start of the subscription season. It’s your responsibility to follow these instructions to ensure your flowers last as long as possible and stay looking their best.

Communication:

Bloom Harvest Farm will communicate via email using rachel@bloomharvestfarm.com for all subscription-related updates, reminders, and notifications. It is your responsibility to add this email to your contacts and monitor your inbox for these communications.

Forfeited Bouquets:

Any bouquets not picked up during the scheduled time frame will be considered forfeited. No refunds or replacements will be provided for missed pick-ups. Forfeited bouquets may be donated or gifted to others at Bloom Harvest Farm's discretion.

Farm Access

Please be mindful that our farm has a shared driveway. For the safety and convenience of all, do not block the access way. Be sure to park in designated areas to avoid disrupting traffic or access to the property. Thank you for your cooperation!

Respect for Our Property

Our flower fields are NOT open to subscribers, members, or the public during bouquet pick-up or at any other time that is not part of a designated public or member event. Please refrain from walking in the fields or picking any flowers. Bloom Harvest Farm is also our home, and we kindly ask that visitors respect our private property. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a peaceful and safe environment on our farm.

Security & Surveillance

For the safety and security of our farm and family, cameras are in use on the property. By visiting Bloom Harvest Farm, you acknowledge that you may be recorded for security purposes.

Farm Accessibility & Liability

Please note that Bloom Harvest Farm is a working farm with uneven terrain and other natural features. While we do not keep bees on our farm, we do have many welcomed bee visitors! Although we strive to make the farm as welcoming as possible, the grounds may not be fully accessible for all visitors. By visiting the farm, you acknowledge the inherent risks and agree to take personal responsibility for your safety. Bloom Harvest Farm is not liable for any injuries or accidents that may occur while on the property. We recommend wearing appropriate footwear and exercising caution when picking up your bouquet.
