Terms and Conditions – Flower Subscription Giveaway.

  1. The Flower Subscription Giveaway is organized and sponsored by Bloom Harvest Flower Farm, LLC, located in East Lyme, CT.

  2. Eligibility
    This giveaway is open only to residents of East Lyme, Niantic, Waterford, Salem, New London, Old Lyme, Lyme, and Montville, CT, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Bloom Harvest Flower Farm, LLC, and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.

  3. Entry Period
    The giveaway begins on January 9,2025 and ends at 11:59 PM EST on Tuesday, January 21, 2025.

  4. How to Enter
    To enter, participants must:

    • Sign up for the Bloom Harvest Flower Farm, LLC mailing list via the provided link.

    • Follow Bloom Harvest Flower Farm, LLC on Facebook or Instagram.

    • Tag a friend in the comments on the giveaway post. Each tag counts as one entry. Participants may tag multiple friends for additional entries.

  5. Winner Selection and Notification

    • One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the entry period.

    • The winner will be announced on Wednesday, January 22, 2025, via Bloom Harvest Flower Farm, LLC’s Facebook and Instagram pages and contacted directly via email or social media.

    • The winner must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.

  6. Prize
    The prize consists of one monthly flower subscription, redeemable in August or September 2025. The prize is non-transferable and has no cash value.

  7. Disqualification
    Entries that do not comply with these Terms and Conditions or are incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent will be disqualified.

  8. Privacy
    By entering this giveaway, participants agree to provide their email addresses for the purpose of joining the Bloom Harvest Flower Farm, LLC mailing list. Personal information will not be shared with third parties without consent.

  9. Limitation of Liability
    Bloom Harvest Flower Farm, LLC is not responsible for technical failures, lost or delayed entries, or any other issues that may compromise the integrity of the giveaway.

  • Bloom Harvest Flower Farm, LLC reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway at any time for any reason.
